Notice to Shareholders 15/04/2011

Dear Shareholder,

If you are selling your shares through private dealing, please read the following.

I.        If you are a CPF investor, please follow these steps -

1)       Agree on the price with the Buyer.

2)       Inform your respective Agent Bank(s) on the private deal by calling them at the contact numbers listed below:

Alternatively, you can contact Ms Jasmine Yap at 6359-2832 or Ms Long Soo Hsien at 6359-2836 at General Magnetics Limited and leave us your name, contact number, IC number and address, so we can arrange for the Agent Bank to call you to confirm the deal.

3)       The Agent Bank will then settle the deal with the Buyer and arrange for the funds to be transferred into your CPF account accordingly.

II.        If you are an Ordinary Shareholder holding on to General Magnetics Limited’s Pink Share Certificate(s), please follow these steps -

1)       Agree on the price with the Buyer.

2)       Contact Ms Jasmine Yap at 6359-2832 or Ms Long Soo Hsien at 6359-2836 and leave us your name, contact number, IC number and address, so that we can arrange for you to come down to our office at 625 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh, Genmag Building, #05-00 Singapore 319519 to complete and sign the necessary form(s) for shares transfer. Please bring your pink share certificate with you.

Alternatively, we can also send the necessary form(s) to your address for you to complete and sign and then return them to us, together with your original pink share certificate(s) attached, by mail to the above address.

3)       When the shares transfer process is completed, we will inform the Buyer who will then send you a cheque for the agreed consideration amount accordingly.

III.        If you are an Ordinary Shareholder holding on to General Magnetics Limited’s Pink Share Certificate(s), and you have lost/misplaced your Share Certificate(s), please follow these steps –

1)       Agree on the price with the Buyer.

2)       Contact Ms Jasmine Yap at 6359-2832 or Ms Long Soo Hsien at 6359-2836 and leave us your name, contact number, IC number and address, so that we can arrange for you to come down personally to our office at 625 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh, Genmag Building, #05-00 Singapore 319519 to complete and sign the necessary form(s) and document(s) to replace your share certificate(s).

3)       After completing the above procedure, we will then arrange for you to complete and sign the necessary form(s) for shares transfer.

4)       When the shares transfer process is completed, we will inform the Buyer who will then send you a cheque for the agreed consideration amount accordingly.

3）您的代理银行将与买方确认。股票转移手续完成后，将有关款项汇入您的公积金户口。

II. 如果您是 普通投资者 而拥有通荣磁化有限公司的股票，请遵从以下步骤 -

1)       与买方商定股价。

2)       联络通荣磁化有限公司的Jasmine Yap 电话 6359-2832 或 Long Soo Hsien电话6359-2836，留下您的姓名，联络电话，居民证号码和地址，我们将与您联络，安排您到我们的公司 625 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh, Genmag Building, #05-00, Singapore 319519 签署有关的股票转移文件。请把您的股票 (粉红色) 带来。

或者，我们可以安排将有关的股票转移文件邮寄给您，待您签署后，将有关文件和股票（粉红色）一起邮寄回给公司。

3)       您的股票转移手续完成后，我们将通知买方将商定的款项以支票邮寄给您。

III.        如果您是 普通投资者 而 遗失了您的股票, 请遵从以下步骤-

1)       与买方商定股价。

2)      联络通荣磁化有限公司的Jasmine Yap 电话 6359-2832 或 Long Soo Hsien电话6359-2836，留下您的姓名，联络电话，居民证号码和地址，我们将与您联络，安排您到我们的公司 625 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh, Genmag Building, #05-00, Singapore 319519 签署有关的更换股票的文件。

3)      更换股票的程续完毕后，我们会安排您签署有关的股票转移文件。

4)      您的股票转移手续完成后，我们将通知买方将商定的款项以支票邮寄给您。
